Above 1,000 orders the two converge; compare the bands for your volume.

Does Routific handle frozen and refrigerated deliveries?

Routific’s guidance is to tag refrigerated orders and refrigerated trucks so they match. Porch Route makes temperature a hard rule on every vehicle instead, so a frozen order can’t be placed on a dry van by mistake.

Do drivers need an app with either product?

With the new Routific, yes: drivers install the app and create an account tied to the invited email. With Porch Route, no: dispatching texts or emails a link that opens drive mode in the phone’s browser, and staff drivers can sign in instead.

Can I move from Routific to Porch Route?

Export your orders from Routific as a CSV and import them; the column matcher handles the headers. Vehicles, drivers and zones are set up once in Porch Route. There’s no import of Routific settings.
