Planning

Pick a day and the vehicles you have. Porch Route plans every stop across the whole fleet at once, and plans the same day the same way every time.
Hard temperature rules
Frozen, refrigerated and dry stops only go on vehicles that can carry them.

Upsert by your order number
Create or update a delivery with your own reference. Retrying with the same idempotency key never makes the change twice.
Signed webhooks
Scheduled, on the way, delivered, failed, skipped, undone and route completed — signed with HMAC-SHA256.
Retries and reconciliation
Failed webhooks retry with backoff for a day, and reconciliation reports anything still owed.
Delivery log
Every webhook attempt, with a way to retry one by hand.
API keys
Create and revoke keys. Each belongs to one business and is stored only as a hash.
