What does one delivery day look like?
Step 1: The day’s orders
Import the day from your POS or order sheet as a CSV, with each delivery’s window and the recipient’s address and instructions. Put whichever contact should get updates — the sender or the recipient — on the order.
Step 2: Build for every driver at once
On a peak day, add the temporary drivers, pick every vehicle and build. Windows hold; workplaces before 5 PM go first; the plan shows what it saved.
Step 3: Send links, not app invites
Dispatching texts each driver a link to their route. It opens on any phone with no account; it stops working two days after the route date.
Step 4: Deliver with a photo
Drive mode hands navigation to the phone’s maps app. At the door the driver takes a photo; if nobody is home, they pick “Nobody home” or “No safe place to leave it” and the office knows at once.
Step 5: The sender hears back
The contact on the order gets “delivered” with a link to the photo, or “couldn’t deliver” with the reason. Delivered notices wait a few minutes so a mis-tap can be undone before anyone is told.
Step 6: One board for the day
The dispatch board shows every driver’s progress and anything that needs attention, so the shop can call ahead before a window is missed.

What florists ask us.
Can the sender get the delivery photo rather than the recipient?
Whoever’s phone or email is on the order gets the updates and the tracking link, so put the sender’s contact on the order when they, not the recipient, should hear. Keep the recipient’s address for the driver.
Do temporary drivers need accounts?
No. Each gets a texted link to their route that opens drive mode with no login. Paid plans include unlimited vehicles and drivers, so twelve drivers on Valentine’s Day cost nothing extra.
What happens when nobody is home?
The driver picks a reason — “Nobody home”, “No safe place to leave it” — and the stop shows on the dispatch board as needing attention. The customer is told after the undo window, and the order can be tried again on another day.
Is it priced per driver?
No. Plans are priced by orders a month. Starter, at $39 a month, covers up to 500 orders and Porch, at $79, up to 1,000 — both with unlimited vehicles and drivers, and with texts included once your carrier registration is approved.
