Do I need to talk to sales to start?

No. Porch Light is free up to 150 orders a month, and every new business gets 14 days of the Porch plan with no card. Start free and write to us when you have a question.

Can I get a demo?

Yes. Choose “Book a demo” above and tell us what you deliver and how many stops on a typical day, and we’ll set one up around your delivery day.

Where do I report a bug or ask a how-to question?

Choose “Help with my account”, name the screen you’re on and what you expected. Most setup questions are also answered in the help center.

How do I ask for the data processing addendum?

Choose “Sales or pricing question”, put “DPA” in the message with your business’s legal name and who will sign, and we’ll send it back for signature.
