Undo window
An undo window is a short, configurable delay after a driver marks a stop delivered or failed, during which the outcome can be reversed before the customer or the order system is told.

It exists for the mis-tap: the wrong stop marked delivered while the box is still on the truck. Without a delay the customer reads “delivered” instantly and the store closes the order; with one, the driver notices and undoes it, and nobody ever knew.
In Porch Route the delivered and couldn't-deliver notices and the matching webhooks are held for the number of minutes the business sets (zero to send straight away). An undo inside the window sends nothing; an undo after it sends an explicit undo event so the store can correct itself.
