Unassigned stop
An unassigned stop is an order the route planner could not place on any vehicle within the day's constraints, left out of the plan with the reason why.

Good planners never drop a stop silently. Common reasons: no vehicle can carry its temperature, every vehicle is at capacity or out of shift, the time window can't be reached, or the address has no location yet. The reason tells the office what to change — add a van, widen a window, fix an address.
In Porch Route unassigned stops are listed with a plain-language reason such as “No vehicle can carry frozen items”, and the order stays open so it lands in the next build once the constraint is fixed.
