Temperature class
A temperature class is the label — frozen, refrigerated or dry — that says how cold an order must be kept, and therefore which vehicles may carry it.

It turns a food-safety fact into a planning rule. An order's class comes from its items: a basket with one pint of ice cream is frozen for planning purposes, however much dry goods sit beside it.
In Porch Route every order carries a temperature class (sent by the store, set by hand, or inferred as the coldest class among its items), every vehicle declares which classes it can carry, and the optimizer treats the match as a hard constraint. A stop no vehicle can carry is left unassigned with the reason written out.
