Tracking page
A tracking page is a personal web page for one delivery where the customer can see its status, the vehicle's position while it is on the way, and proof once it has arrived.

It replaces “where's my order?” calls with a link in a text or email. A good tracking page shows only that customer's delivery — never other stops or addresses — and carries the business's name, not the software vendor's.
In Porch Route each stop gets its own tracking page under the business's name, with a progress timeline, the truck's live position while the route runs, proof photos after delivery and a 1-to-5 star rating. The link expires 30 days after the route date and the page is never indexed by search engines.
