Is Spoke Dispatch the same as Circuit for Teams?
Yes. Circuit for Teams became Spoke Dispatch on 23 October 2025; the old pricing address redirects to spoke.com. The solo Spoke Route Planner app is a separate product.
How do the prices compare for a small fleet?
Spoke starts at $125 a month for 1,000 stops with texts at Twilio’s rates. Porch Route is free to 150 orders, $39 a month on Starter up to 500 and $79 on Porch up to 1,000 orders with 1,500 texts included once carrier registration is approved.
Does Spoke keep frozen orders on the right vehicle?
Not as a rule: Spoke’s capacity model is weight and max stops, and its zones assign stops to drivers. Porch Route treats frozen, refrigerated and dry as hard constraints on each vehicle.
Does Porch Route have a client portal like Spoke Connect?
No. Porch Route is built for businesses delivering their own orders, so orders come in by hand, CSV or your own system over the API rather than through a courier-style client portal.
