Returnable containers
Returnable containers are the coolers, totes, crates and jars a delivery business hands over with an order and expects back on a later delivery.

They cut packaging cost and waste, and they create a small ledger problem: which customer has how many, and when did they come back. Farms with insulated coolers, bakeries with bread crates and dairies with glass bottles all run some version of it, often on paper.
In Porch Route an order can record the number of containers going out. Tracking containers per customer, with the count returned on each delivery, is coming.
